Welcome to Zoraya Home Collection. These Terms of Service govern your use of our luxury interior design lifestyle studio and showroom services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these elegant standards of conduct and business practice.
2. Custom Upholstery Services
Zoraya provides bespoke upholstery services. Each piece is hand-crafted in our workroom. Given the unique nature of custom work, timelines are estimates and slight variations in fabric and finish are hallmarks of artisanal craftsmanship.
3. Interior Design Consulting
Our design services are tailored to the luxury lifestyle. Consultation fees and project scopes are defined in individual service agreements, which complement these general terms.
4. Showroom & Furnishings
Curated items available in our showroom are subject to availability. We prioritize the integrity of our collection and reserve the right to modify our offerings to ensure the highest aesthetic and quality standards.
5. Pricing & Payments
All quotes provided by Zoraya are valid for 30 days. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure materials and schedule workroom time. Final payment is due prior to delivery or installation.
6. Trade Program Engagement
Members of our Trade Program are entitled to exclusive benefits. Verification of professional status is required. Trade terms are confidential and specific to the verified partner and Zoraya Home Collection.
7. Delivery & Installation
We coordinate white-glove delivery and professional installation. Clients must ensure clear access to site locations. Zoraya is not responsible for structural deficiencies at the client's premises.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Custom upholstery and bespoke furniture are final sale. Curated decor items returned within 7 days in original condition may be eligible for store credit. Cancellations for custom work are not accepted once materials are procured.
9. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, photography, and curated branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zoraya Home Collection. Unauthorized use of our imagery or design documentation is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zoraya Home Collection executes its services with professional care. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service rendered or product sold, excluding indirect or consequential factors.
11. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and maintain a respectful, professional relationship with our studio staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party acting outside these professional boundaries.
12. Privacy Policy Overview
Your privacy is paramount. We handle client data with the utmost discretion and security, using it solely to fulfill orders, provide design services, and maintain our relationship with you.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through direct consultation before resorting to formal legal avenues.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, where our flagship showroom and workroom are located.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to refine these terms as our collection grows. Continued engagement with our services after such refinements constitutes acceptance of the updated standards.
